He explained everything clearly, carried out the work to a very high standard and made sure everything was working properly before he left. A huge thank you to Clare for helping my Dad get the perfect rollator. She was friendly, so helpful and never stopped smiling. My dad is delighted: it will really enhance his life. This is a fabulous showroom with an amazing range of products. Highly recommended
My mum recently purchased an electric scooter from them. She was a bit nervous going in but the staff where so friendly it really put her at ease. Claire especially was very helpful, talked us through lots of options, let her try everything she wanted, took time to show us how everything worked. Absolutely brilliant customer service and would highly recommend.

Visited Sync living to find out about suitable recliner chairs that would suit my needs, I was greeted by Jim Kane who was a total professional with the knowledge he possessed, he guided me through everything I needed to suit my needs. He advised what they could do to modify the chairs more to ensure that my comfort and safety was first and foremost at the time. Also a big thank you to Steven for his help getting me around the showroom and making everything so comfortable. You would in my opinion have to go a long way to beat the staff for both their professionalism and friendly nature.
My elderly father was having problems with his Revo 2 mobility scooter. We purchased it approx 1 1/2 years ago. Recently he was having problems with the battery indicator showing the battery was low even though it was fully charged. When I rang Sync living they collected the scooter and 4 days later left it back with him with a New charger and the scooter working superbly. This was all done under warranty. Ben, Helen and the rest of staff were superb, my dad now has his life line back, thank you for a first class service.
Sync Living provides an excellent service for enabling independence for people need in of assistance and adaptations due to a range of disability. Their showroom has a wide range of ideas and allows customers to try in a safe environment. Everyone is sensitive and courteous. We had need of a level access shower and specialist WC. The sales person, Stephen Larmour, was helpful in advice and oversaw the design and solution to finish. The work was undertaken efficiently and the two fitters provided an excellent standard of work and minimal disruption. Highly recommend.
