Michael is absolutely gem of a person. Although I live in London and Michael is based in Northern Ireland, yet he helped us through video calls and WhatsApp messages that enabled us to install a straight stair lift all by ourselves. Michael provided the best advise and clear instructions throughout from the purchase of the lift until the installation stage. He provided us with all of this advise and help without charging us a penny. In the end when I asked Michael for his bank details so I could transfer some amount to him for his help, he refused to accept and asked to help someone else with that money. Thank you once again Michael ! I will recommend Michael to everyone out there looking for a person with the knowledge, honesty and dedication.
Highly recommended and highly skilled would highly recommend to anyone thinking on getting the lift in Michael did a fantastic job for my mum many Thanks for everything.
Fantastic service and knowledgeable information from Michael. Answering all our questions and found a solution to fit! Will definitely recommend them for stairlifts and advice. 5 Stars!
I've had a Ritchie Hart commercial goods lift for over 10 years now and it's as good today as the day it was installed. Michael's aftersales have been great. they are a great company to work with. Highly recommended.
