This company is nothing but amazing outstanding work fast and reliable service I contracted this guy and he answered me right away and was out next day fitted stairlift then few weeks later I needed help and he was there same day to rescue to unstall and move to another house and fitted dame day 😀 no mess or nothing honestly couldn't recommend anyone better 💯 happy

Michael is absolutely gem of a person. Although I live in London and Michael is based in Northern Ireland, yet he helped us through video calls and WhatsApp messages that enabled us to install a straight stair lift all by ourselves. Michael provided the best advise and clear instructions throughout from the purchase of the lift until the installation stage. He provided us with all of this advise and help without charging us a penny. In the end when I asked Michael for his bank details so I could transfer some amount to him for his help, he refused to accept and asked to help someone else with that money. Thank you once again Michael ! I will recommend Michael to everyone out there looking for a person with the knowledge, honesty and dedication.

I've had a Ritchie Hart commercial goods lift for over 10 years now and it's as good today as the day it was installed. Michael's aftersales have been great. they are a great company to work with. Highly recommended.
