Fabulous. Efficient, very competitively priced too. Absolutely as advertised on the site. I was very impressed. Everyone extremely courteous and installation very quick and smooth with no mess whatsoever. The follow up support has been great too. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Thanks to them my father is able to keep his independence for a while longer.

I needed to have a stairlift fitted at very short notice indeed as my wife was due to be discharged from hospital in three days. After replying to my query, owner Graham came to survey the next day as promised and went through all the options explaining the flexibility available to each final decision. Installation was very professionally done the day after in about an hour leaving me with a fully operating model and no mess. Outstanding service throughout, no pressure whatsoever, a very personal and sympathetic service from Graham who made the process easy to understand. Would not hesitate to recommend for the sheer expertise which is rarely found these days.

This company are a pleasure to deal with and were exceptional from start to finish. My initial phone call was taken by Graham, who impressed with his knowledge and expertise and said he could visit my dads house the following day. At this point further discussions took place and to my surprise the stairlift could be fitted the following day. This was carried out by a very pleasant and efficient engineer and his son. My 96 year old dad was delighted and so was I. Highly recommended and thank you so much.

What a fantastic company. Rang up to arrange a quote within five days the stairlift was fitted. So nice to deal with a company who don't try to upsell you at every move. My elderly parents are very impressed the instalation it was done within an hour , no mess or fuss by a lovely engineer. Stairlift is quiet and easy to use.
