We purchased a carbon fibre lite wheelchair from this company. They have always provided us with tip top service from the initial sale to the after sales service. Would recommend to others looking to buy any mobility aid.

Was recommended this mobility shop so decided to pay them a visit. Glad that I did. Staff was welcoming and happy to help, but no-one was pushy in trying to sell me anything, I was able to browse freely, which made a refreshing change. Prices were very competitive even with those you find online.

I recently had cause to require a set of footrests for my self propelled wheelchair. Joe W at Able to Enable in York took up the challenge This saga of footrests sounds simple but was a long and drawn out tale. But Joe W was on the case. He found them. He fitted them with ease having taken chair out of car boot and then putting it back. Attention to detail here. Very courteous and noble I can now use said chair without my feet dangling. From the first pop in visit to see what Able to Enable stock, Callum has been an integral part of the process of ordering a new wheelchair. He's gone out of his way to get extra details to make the customer journey the easiest and least stressful it can possibly be, from organising demo days with different reps to trial different products to making sure I'm getting the exact colour right for the wheelchair I'm ordering. Throughout the journey, Callum has offered me his professional opinion on which products would be best suited for my needs and extensive discussions to ensure the products I've chosen are the right fit. I've had countless hours sitting in different chairs, as well as having a great time trialling power add-on options. It's so clear to see that as a company, Able to Enable really care about their customers and are passionate about supporting them to find the best possible solutions for their access needs and are constantly striving to provide the best products for us as customers. The showroom has a great range of products in store available to trial and the team are consistently looking for new products to add to their stock. There's some great indoor and outdoor space for trialling wheelchairs, power add-ons, powerchairs and mobility scooters. Able to Enable is the place to go. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
