So helpful from start to finish. Staff are very good in our the deal with the vulnerable. I went in with my mother in law to grt a stair lift and the whole process was pleasant and made easy by their system and great manner. Highly recommend.
Jackie and staff are very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Mum now all kitted out with what she needs to make her life easier.

Whilst I didn’t purchase anything from the store, I wanted to take a couple of minutes to highlight the customer service I received. Today, I phoned to speak with someone about power chairs and what was available in store and/or online. Heather was incredibly kind and patient when explaining the options that were available as well as trying to explore ways to meet my mobility needs. Despite my needs being rather particular, she helped provide me with options to explore, and explained what the store could do in terms of trouble shooting and general chair services - even if they aren’t purchased from Able World. Thank you for making my query a less stressful and embarrassing one! Hopefully, in future, the big office will be able to provide specific chairs that I’d be able to purchase- I definitely want to give my custom to the Paisley store.
I needed a stairlift at quite short notice. Ableworld were fantastic and the appliance was in with minimum fuss 48 hours later. Moving on and again due to a change in my condition I needed a hospital bed for my upstairs bedroom. The bed would not fit past the stairlift. After contacting Ableworld they arranged for the fitter to call round as soon as he could. An excellent response, thank you.
