Mark at the Walsall branch was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable with the power wheelchair suitable for my needs. I could see other customers popping in just for a chat & he was very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble!

Shop was great, nice and spacious and perfectly accessible, great selection of things like riser-recliners (what I went in for), mobility scooters and more, but the best thing was Mark. Amazing lovely gentlemen who helped me out today. Call and collected and definitely knew his stuff, was amazing at explaining everything and finding exactly what would work for my condition. We appreciate you Mark 🙌
