I have recently used Essington Mobility shop in Hednesford on a few occasions, dealing with Amanda and Carol and Debbie. I cannot praise these staff members enough they are exceptionally polite, understanding and extremely knowledgable of the products they sell. For me in particular they went above and beyond their duty to establish when my late husband purchased his mobility scooter when trading in the Hollybush Garden centre. The owner of this establishment should be exremely pleased and proud of his staff who are exemplary , from the first contact to completion. No pushy sales persons, just pure advice if needed and sympathetic to your needs. would not hesitate using them again if needed and very competitive prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and worthy of more than 5 stars.

Can't believe that a mobility shop doesn't carry stock of wheelchair innertubes or tyres, shocking!!! Hard tyres to air innertube and tyres, there is a market out there for this kind of mobility aid, a manual wheelchair helps to keep you fit, for longer journeys I have my mobility scooter. I thought at least one local mobility local mobility shop would be of help but image all three of my local mobility shops not selling tyres or innertubes, wheelchair came from Amazon online so perhaps we should all buy our mobility needs online so there wouldn't be any need for expensive mobility shops selling nothing we require. Yes Freedom Cycles really did help me out, shame on you for lost sales.

Amazing company. We hired a wheelchair and the service could not have been better. Amanda at the Hednesford branch was so lovely every step of the way. We also enquired about a stairlift and the service and advice was invaluable. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I found the ladies in the shop at Hednesford very knowledgeable and friendly. Helping me purchase a stairlift and a riser chair. I have purchased other items from the store also. I go back to the shop for advice about aids for my disability. I would recommend the business to anyone I have in fact done this to people I know and they tell me that they are happy with the advice and help they have received. The after service is very good. One telephone call and my problem was solved with a engineer coming out to adjust my chair
