This company could not solve our problem but the lady in question that dealt with our query was very helpful and went the extra mile in trying to solve our problem in another way. We did eventually find a charity (Remap) that did actually solve our problem. So many many thanks Naomi for all your help it was very much appreciated.

Absolutely fantastic company! My attention was drawn to level lifts as I needed a new lift within my work place. Naomi was my point of contact and she was very professional and efficient throughout from design to installation. The whole process was simple and straight forward, the engineers were great too getting the installation done all within a day! I look forward to working with all the team from Level Lifts again soon!!

EDIT: POOR AFTERSALES EXPERIENCE Extremely disappointed to have been offered only £1,000 for our lift, over 90% depreciation on a lift that’s just over 3 years old with minimal use in a domestic setting (In nearly new condition). It’s such a shame especially after our initial positive experience during the purchase. As a result of this negative experience we will not be purchasing our next lift from Level Access Lifts Ltd. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I first contacted Level Access Lifts at the beginning of August when searching for a platform lift solution for my wife who is a wheelchair user. I contacted several companies, each one visited our property and carried out site surveys, they all said it was not possible then I was fortunate enough to speak to Naomi at Level Access Lifts. I can’t recommend this company highly enough, Naomi is a credit to the company she treated our project as a challenge and made it happen! We are now the proud owners of an Ascendor PLG7 platform lift which is going transform my wife’s life. The engineers were fantastic and installation went like clockwork, the lift was installed and operational in half a day. If you are looking for a lift solution don’t go anywhere else, contact Level Access Lifts, they are on another level!

I would highly recommend level 1 lifts, had a 24 hour turn around from a design meeting addressing comments, to having them actioned n the same day to getting the design revamped to suit demands and all pushed into fabrication. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. The care, service and consideration given is exemplary and the agents, engineers and customer service made me feel like one of the family. I felt trapped in my home because of the difficult access but Naomi and Matt opened the world up for me with kindness and professionalism. The engineering team are charming and amusing, they are a joy. I would not hesitate to reccomend this company to anyone wanting the best product delivered with service above and beyond. I Would have no hesitation in recommending this great company. Naomi was always so helpful and able to answer any of my queries before and after installation of the platform lift for my Dad. The lift was fitted professionally by Matt & his team and looks so neat. I am so grateful that this has given my Dad some of his independence back.
