My mum’s stairlift was serviced today. The gentleman was very helpful and informative about what he has done during the job. He gave tips on how to look after the stairlift. We were very happy with the job.

Called Stairlift Repairs and Service on a Saturday night for an emergency repair as my elderly parents stairlift stopped working and was stuck at the top of the stairs. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and arranged for an engineer to call me. Once we established the issue was beyond my capabilities the engineer Sam stated he would attend within 40 minutes which he did. He got the stairlift fully operational again and explained fully what the issue was. Sam was professional and polite and very experienced. I will definately use this company again. The service we received was spot on and worth the call-out fee. Definately 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
