Unicorn Stairlifts Manchester

Reconditioned stairlifts are the product that comes up most in accounts of this Manchester supplier, with customers describing models such as the Acorn 130 heavy duty as indistinguishable from new and working reliably long after fitting. The sales team and the fitters earn consistent praise, and Martin is named for completing an installation quickly, neatly and without leaving any mess behind. Lynn is singled out for her role during the home visit, where advice on choosing the right chair is described as thorough and unhurried.

The resulting seats are repeatedly called comfortable and easy to operate, and the service does not stop at handover: servicing, upgrades and call-outs over several years are handled promptly, with the engineers who attend described as polite and helpful. Several reviewers note that the experience ran smoothly from the initial order through to fitting, and the value of a reconditioned model against the price of a new one is a point that comes up often. Communication before and after the job, tidiness on site and the competence of the installation team are the themes running through the feedback, with customers returning for servicing and further work rather than going elsewhere.
