Everyone at Wicker Mobility is incredibly friendly and helpful, they're more than happy to go the extra mile for you. They'll try their best to explain everything to you to make sure you can make an informed decision and have the best outcome. I purchased an Eco Assist attachment through them and it has genuinely brought so much freedom back to my life. It's been amazing being able to enjoy the outdoors again and it's made music festivals a thousand times easier.
We came in to test out Duo Drive E-motion wheels for my partner's manual chair. It was so reassuring to have another wheelchair user giving the demonstration and he easily addressed all our concerns. We really felt like they wanted to help us find what would work best for us, not what would get them the most commission. We loved the wheels and ended up fundraising for a pair, Dave and Jeanette went well out of their way to source us an ex-demo pair at an excellent price meaning we can get on the move way sooner than expected. Throughout this whole thing Dave and Jeanette have been incredible. Never judgmental, so knowledgeable, and fully supportive of us trying to find second hand options to make the money go further. If you ever need mobility equipment in South Yorkshire we cannot recommend them highly enough.
They were affordable only £10 battery fitting charge with battery. They offer warranties on their products.
Bought a wheelchair for my son. Staff were fantastic with him, no rushing took the time to explain various models. This is the second chair we have bought with them. Servicing of chairs is also great
I rang to ask about equipment hire and received friendly advice so went to pick up in the afternoon. I was able to park behind the chemist. The equipment and safety procedures were properly demonstrated for me and I received professional customer care.
