Phoned to book an engineer to buy batteries and was given advice on what to check first, doing so saved the need for batteries and call out. Acorn wanted the minium of quoted 350 to 600 pounds for an engineer and batteries and no over the phone assistance. totally unhelpful. This company quoted 200 to supply and fit the batteries if their phone assistance did not solve my problem, which it did. Saved me a fortune, can i say more. I was an Acorn customer, no more.
Sean did a great job fixing my dad’s stairlift. He arrived at the agreed time, explained clearly what was causing the issue and worked through it carefully until it was fully resolved.

Absolutely fantastic service from Sean at Zengo Mobility Stairlifts Ltd. My mum’s stairlift had stopped working and Sean came out to our house, dismantled the lift and diagnosed the issue. He repaired the problem and had everything working perfectly again. Sean was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and made the whole process stress-free for us. It’s such a relief to find someone reliable who clearly takes pride in their work.
