BeActive Mobility

I went to the Norwich branch on Wednesday 8th April '26. I was accompanying a 90 Yr old lady who wanted to purchase a lightweight mobility scooter. We were served by Michael who was very helpful and seemed in equal measures knowledgeable. Long story short, we made a purchase, and the lady is so happy to now be able to travel those distances independently and not have the indignation of having to be pushed in a wheelchair anymore. Thank you Michael and thank you beactive.

Excellent service from Michael at Beactive. Sent an email late Saturday afternoon after the shop was closed to say my scooter wasn’t charging properly. Assuming they’d see it first thing Monday morning, but no! Michael sent me a text that evening asking for more details., then said engineer would be at my house Tuesday. He arrived early and the problem seemed to have resolved itself but he checked everything he could think of. Then assured me if the scooter ran out of power suddenly, get a taxi home and he would pay and come out again. Such brilliant service !

Went into beactive mobility today with my nanny who was anxious about even looking at the scooters. Met by some lovely staff who put zero pressure on us and let us try everything at nans pace. Left with a new scooter which we took with us there and then. Nanny happy. Grandson happy. Thank you so much.
