A big shout-out to Ben, Andy and the two electricians who installed my mum's ceiling hoist yesterday. There was some trepidation with the thought of this being put in but from the moment they arrived my anxieties left. They understood the practical difficulties that we could experience with them being around for some time but carried on with great proficiency and knowledge. I barely knew they were there. Equipment delivered but just handed through door, no help given to fit it, so unable to use. Collection arranged twice, I waited in first time but van failed to come to collect, office unable to contact the driver. Second time did not wait in, failed to arrive again, office again unable to contact driver. Kept on hold on phone for lengthy periods. Left with equipment blocking my house entrance and no prospect of collection. They do not follow up if I do not contact them. Not sure what happens next.

Great service in providing equipment to help me post knee replacement. Delivered and collected just when needed.

Had a service appointment today finally at 4.30 technician rings to say won't be attending as he has too many booked in Cancelled hospital appointment to fit in with this appointment which was very stupid of me as hospital was more important

Since NRS became Medequip it seems they have made some improvements.
