CareCo Norwich

We were advised and served by Karen Simmons who was exceptionally patient and understanding of my disability and current situation. She was friendly and professionally competent answering all my questions and queries simply and clearly and easily understood. She is such a lovely person and could probably have sold me two chairs !!.

Further to my visit and trial run with a lovely scooter, I decided to go ahead and order same last Friday, placed with Christine over the phone,she was extremely helpful, very professional and dealt with me in a friendly and professional manner, very respectful of my wishes, silly questions ....etc Advised me on several points, took time with me, reassurance. New her products well, and gave me confidence... The only downside was the particular model I ordered was out of stock until early September.....can't wait for it to arrive !! 😘 Well done Care Co Norwich.

Excellent service. Fantastic range of items to choose from in this great store. Nothing is too much trouble. Karen my sales assistant was so patient with me and helped me to choose the right rise and recliner chair for my needs. Not only that she helped me to choose a model that can be delivered in less than two weeks. All at a price within my means. I'm really looking forward to putting my feet up. Literally that is..... Thank you so much.

Extremely useful visit to Norwich showroom, where I was welcomed by all the staff and helped by Suzanne. It was a great opportunity to see all the models of mobility scooters, which meant I could discount very quickly quite a few I had seen online as they were clearly not suitable. I was then able to shortlist those I was interested in and try them both inside the showroom and outside across rougher ground and inclines to see how they each managed it. I also took my companion dog as he would need to understand how to walk alongside them and he was able to test this with me. My only suggestion for improvement is an installation of a tea/coffee machine as advertised on your website, so visitors to the showroom can enjoy a cuppa whilst looking at the products!

Rated 5 out of 5 stars Excellent Customer Care. Excellent Customer Care. Visited Marriott Close, Norwich today with view to purchasing new wheelchair. Karen demonstrated several different models and was helpful in guiding me in the right direction to finalise a purchase. My current chair was difficult to open/close and another lady, whose name I did not catch, was most helpful in closing down my chair to enable it to be put in to the boot of my car. Thank you both for your advice and help.

Abilize Stride Sport in Burnt Orange. wow!!! Everything about our visit to CareCo on Sunday was great. Karen the young lady who looked after us was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable about the mobility scooters that we were interested in. I think I'm going to really enjoy the freedom. I'ts due to be delivered tomorrow, can't wait.

Great Experience, assistant Suzanne was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. I was very impressed with her inclusive manner and felt valued in the process even though I had someone with me for support. She supported me to find the right mobility scooter to fit my car. Nothing was too much trouble and she was knowledgeable and clear with her explanations of the product, costing, insurance, guarantee, as well as my consumer rights. Now just waiting delivery.
