Mobility Superstore

Personal service and staff knowledge are the themes that surface most often in feedback about this Norwich mobility retailer, with reviewers describing helpful attention and useful guidance on equipment suited to individual needs. Customers repeatedly mention the range of stock, describing a large shop with plenty of practical items on display, and one account credits the team with helping choose a wheelchair before a purchase.

Pricing is also raised, with one shopper calling the goods competitively priced, while another returned for a new wheelchair after a satisfactory first visit, indicating repeat business built on advice rather than pressure. The tone across the positive accounts is one of friendly, patient assistance, with staff taking time to match products to circumstances and explaining what would work. Nonetheless, the overall picture is not uniformly favourable.

Several reviewers report serious dissatisfaction, including a complaint about the amount offered to buy back a lightly used scooter after the owner died, which the reviewer felt was far below its value, and a blunt warning against using the shop. A further account simply advises spending money elsewhere. These objections concern resale values and perceived treatment at the point of return rather than the helpfulness of the sales floor, and they recur often enough to sit alongside the praise for advice and stock.
