Kudos Stairlifts

Troy and Ach put in our stairlifts today. They were efficient, neat and tidied after themselves. Excellent job! They also showed us how to use the stairlifts. They were patient and very knowledgable.

Due to illness we needed to install a stairlift quickly.A family friend had a Kudos and recommended them to us. Their agent came one evening to advise us and measure up. He was so helpful that we signed up on the spot.Within a few days our stairlift was installed.It only took one installer a morning to fit.It is easy to use and works perfectly. Their aftercare is excellent and gives us confidence that if there is a problem they will sort it out for us.

They have done an amazing job the fitters were on time very professional and very thorough with the safety and how to use the equipment. Everything was left clean and tidy when finished. Would highly recommend this company.

Kudos has provided excellent service from the first enquiry through to installation of the stairlift today. Our 230 year old converted barn has limited space with a 180 turn on the staircase. Therefore the stairlift had to be tailor made. Finite measurements were taken and it all fitted very nicely. The engineer arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently leaving the area clean and tidy. His tuition was carried out with precision and to our satisfaction. We have no hesitation in recommending Kudos. An added bonus was that the cost was free of VAT because of my wife’s (self certified) health condition.

Kudos has worked a miracle for my elderly mum’s house. After all others found the staircase was too narrow and steep to even provide a quote, it was no problem for this brilliant company to overcome all the challenges. From start to finish of the stairlift installation communication and customer service was excellent. All their staff are polite, friendly and professional. Everything was carefully explained and both me and my mum was reassured every step of the way. There were two visits to inspect and measure, then they sent me a plan to check and approve. The stairlift itself took less than the six weeks anticipated to make and date was quickly set for installation. Bogdan then set about shoe-horning it in place! I can’t believe the tolerances he had to deal with, we’re talking millimetres here and he somehow installed it perfectly. The skills these people have to make having a stairlift at my mums property possible, is incredible. On behalf of my mum I am very grateful, and she is certainly delighted especially to get her life back in using the stairs. You should see the smile on her face whilst using it. I have to say that having Kudos install my mother’s stairlift was the most professional and courteous experience. The installers were friendly and informative during the whole process and I would advocate for Kudos 100%
