A Five-Star Service You Can Absolutely Rely On! I have been a customer of the Mobility Living Centre for several years and would like to share what has been a consistently outstanding experience. They have supported me through the entire lifecycle of my equipment, from the initial installation to routine maintenance and the occasional urgent breakdown. In every single interaction, without exception, the team has been polite, incredibly knowledgeable, and impressively timely. When you rely on mobility equipment daily, knowing you have a dependable team to call upon provides invaluable peace of mind. I must give a special mention to their lead engineer, Kieran. He is a credit to the company and consistently demonstrates a client-first attitude that is second to none. His expertise is obvious, but it's his willingness to take the time to listen and ensure everything is right for the individual that truly sets him apart. Furthermore, I'd like to acknowledge Nicky in the office. She does an excellent job coordinating and organising mutually convenient visits, always ensuring that scheduling is as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her consistently friendly and polite approach makes every interaction a pleasure. I also want to extend my thanks to Tony, who was brilliant with the removal of equipment when I moved house. He handled all of the removal and remedial work with such care that you wouldn't know the mobility equipment had been there in the first place. For anyone in the North West area looking for a mobility company that combines technical expertise with genuine, reliable, and friendly customer care, I wholeheartedly recommend the Mobility Living Centre. They have earned my complete trust and confidence.

Can only offer praise for this company and Charlie our installation technician did the complete installation in around 4 hours and cleaned up after himself as he went along. Excellent company never any problems with telephone contact and always happy to help. Would not hesitate to give this company's service 5 star's all round. Today Kieran came out to conduct a survey to fit a Brooks Stairlift. Kieran was fantastic, polite, professional, very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. He went above and beyond to help me. A real credit to his employer. The Mobility Living centre. I cannot thank him enough.
