In Birmingham, Real Care Mobility serves customers as a mobility equipment shop where the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff form a recurring theme across feedback. Several reviewers describe a welcoming atmosphere in what is mentioned as a small and compact shop, with one person noting that a first visit was made to feel at ease and that everything went to plan within a week without hassle.

The team is praised for its expertise and advice, particularly when helping to choose equipment such as a Rollator, an electric riser recliner, and a scooter. A point that comes up often is the value for money, with customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases and indicating they would return. Assistance extends to practical repairs, as one account mentions fitting a replacement tyre and inner tube to a Sterling Diamond scooter, even when the wheel had seized on the axle, which helped maintain the owner's independence.

The service is described as helpful across both the shop and a related Solihull location, with staff members taking time to speak with customers about stairlifts. The consistent impression is of a reliable local resource for mobility needs, where the personal touch and willingness to solve problems stand out, and customers appreciate being able to get the equipment and support they need.
