Right Care Mobility

Knowledgeable, friendly help is the thread that runs through feedback on this Hull mobility supplier. Customers writing about their orders describe staff who take time to explain products and ensure buyers feel at ease with a purchase, with Mikey, Phil, Mike and Sam named for their patience, warmth and expertise. An observation shared by more than one reviewer is that assistance never feels pushy.

Several accounts note that advice and aftercare continue well beyond the point of sale. The breadth of equipment attracts consistent praise, from wheelchairs and walking aids to recliner chairs and motorised scooters including the Autofold, the Savvy 8 Plus and the Excel Audax, with a showroom where models can be demonstrated and tried. Fair pricing is noted frequently, including a price match honoured once a cheaper quote was found.

Servicing features too, one account describing repairs to a scooter damaged in a fall and the caring, knowledgeable response that followed. Quick supply of equipment is another theme, as are long-standing relationships with buyers returning across several years. Going to considerable lengths to match a user with the correct model, whether a new scooter for a grandmother or an electric wheelchair chosen for an individual, is a further point that emerges.
